4T Brown Butter
1/3 cup yogurt (room temp)
4 Eggs (room temp)
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Almond Flour
1/4 cup coconut Flour
1/3 cup Golden Monk Sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees. Prepared your baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a pan start on your brown butter on low heat. Your butter should turned golden brown and have a nutty, toasty flavor.
Meanwhile mix all of your dried ingredients together.
Once the brown butter is done add it to your dried ingredients and mix well. Add the yogurt, vanilla and carefully add one egg at a time.
Spread your mixture evenly on your prepared pan. Optional: Add more chocolate chips on top of your batter, about 1/4 cup.
In the oven for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out with a few crumbs. Quickly with a rubber spatula spread the chocolate all over the top (this is going to help the brownies to have that glossy look).
Let it cool completely before cutting it and store in an airtight container at room temperature. Note: if you store it in the refrigerator, bring it out 30 minutes before eating so that the brownies are nice and soft.
